We are here to serve you and answer any questions that you may have, our Office Hours are as follows:

Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Sunday: Closed

Our Mission

We want to earn our patients' loyalty by creating value, exceptional customer service and excellence in clinical dentistry, in a state -of-the-art facility, with the latest in technology and a genuine care for our patients through comprehensive care. We take the fear and negativity out of going to the Dentist because we make sure that we provide you with comfort & assurance. We believe in thorough patient education & make sure that no question goes unanswered.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hours notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled reservation. This notice will allow us enough time to accommodate another patient's scheduling needs. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, however, any appointment confirmed or not rescheduled 48 hours in advance for any reason will be subject to a broken reservation fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late it could result in having your reservation rescheduled to a different time and/or date.We value your time as much as you do, so as a courtesy to our patients we DO NOT double book at Rosy Dental.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
